Love My Mattress Limited Warranty

This warranty should be read carefully as it may provide you with specific legal rights. At Love My Mattress we build each mattress with carefully selected raw materials and then we carefully construct the mattress to provide you with a quality lasting mattress for your RV, camper, truck, boat, or home. Even though we put forth our best efforts to ensure that you never receive a product with sub-standard materials or workmanship this unlikely possibility could occur. Therefore we offer this limited warranty to cover such circumstances. This warranty only covers the original purchaser. Proof of purchase in form of this completed warranty document and original sales receipt must be provided in order to make any claim on this warranty.

Should a claim be made on this warranty your mattress will be repaired or replaced (at company option) according to the table shown below.  Should identical materials not be available to repair or replace a mattress or mattress component the company may substitute with materials of equal or higher quality.  My Mattress may refuse to service any mattress that is found to be in unsanitary condition or any complaint that is made due to reasons other than sub-standard materials or workmanship.

Love My Mattress does not offer any warranty or guarantee not expressly listed in this limited warranty. The terms stated in this warranty shall be the consumer’s only remedy to any material or workmanship complaint and shall extend only for the time period listed on the following table. My Mattress shall not be responsible for any incidental damages arising out of the use of this product or for the purchaser’s inability to use this product.



Items Covered Under This Warranty

• Body impressions of 1 ½ inches if mattress is supported by a solid foundation (which would be determined by company representative). A center support for all foundations is required (excluding twin size)
• Failure of spring unit found to be caused by product defect as determined by the company

Items NOT Covered Under This Warranty

• Body impressions of less than 1 ½ inches
• Body impressions or other damage that is caused by sagging or improper foundations.
• Stains, soiling, burns, or bumps and blemishes that may occur on the fabric covering the mattress
• Any damage caused by improper use or abuse of the mattress
• All cost associated with return of mattress to the store for any reason
• Economy Foam  or other 100% polyurethane foam mattresses 

Note: These lists are not all-inclusive but are intended to provide examples of items which will be/will not be covered under this limited warranty.

Returns

For your protection we do not accept returns of any type other than as described under this limited warranty.

Basic Care Instructions

• Mattresses are made to sleep on. Do not allow your child to jump up and down on the mattress as this may cause damage to the spring unit. When treated properly a spring unit should last longer than you will probably want to use the mattress. 
• Mattresses must have proper support in both the box spring as well as a bed frame. Box springs that are broken or sag will not support the mattress and it will also begin to sag or bow where it is lacking in support. The bed frame must support all areas of the box spring and mattress. A full, queen or king size mattress must be supported by a bed frame with a center support.  In situations where a platform bed is used in place of the box spring and/or bed frame you still must ensure the platform is adequately supported in the middle.
• In order to protect the mattress fabric it is recommended that you use a mattress pad.
